  1. I have a question most would think is stupid. In a shtf situation, if you can’t hunker down in your home and you are trying to get to your bug out location if you have one, if your means of transportation isn’t possible because of main roads/ check points/ or any other reason, what would be another way to get babies and toddlers to said location other than backpacking them? Meaning if you are already packing your bug out bag on your back as well as carrying other supplies? I get that most people that are preparing aren’t planning on having children and they may have older children, for those that have wee ones what would you suggest in mountainous, wooded terrain, staying off main roads and back roads? ( like in upstate sc)
